REFUND

The initial stages of any project involve conducting a thorough discovery and analysis, followed by the development of a comprehensive scope of work document. These steps are crucial in preventing potential project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts by ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed about the project requirements. It is essential to note that there is no compensation for work already completed, as each milestone requires dedicated time and effort.

In the event of mutual termination, all work that has been successfully completed will become the property of the Client, and any payments made for additional work will be considered void. Refunds will not be issued for previous payments or deposits. Once the Client approves the mock-up drawings and the project transitions into the development phase, no payment reimbursement will be provided.

Prorated refunds are not applicable for project phases that have already commenced. Special occasions or services offered by our marketing team are non-refundable, as these offers come with a predetermined expiration date and cannot be canceled.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• A refund will be processed if the buyer opts not to proceed with the project before its commencement.
• The refund process will be completed within a timeframe of (5-7) five to seven business days.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy of Veridia Crest is transparent and straightforward. The conditions of the policy are outlined below:

• To initiate any cancellation requests, please contact our billing department or account manager. Departmental approval is necessary for the cancellation to take effect.

• Only cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the project's initiation will be considered.

• Veridia Crest is not obligated for any services provided by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.

Web/app service packages are non-refundable, even if a documented cancellation notice is submitted 30 days before the scheduled start date. Deposits and payments left unclaimed or parked for more than 30 days will not be reimbursed.
